Your data: we barely want it.

What we collect

Your WhatsApp number and name (because you message us), your order history (to honor warranties), and the email you want subscriptions activated on. That's it.

What we never collect

Your bKash PIN (impossible — you pay from your own app), card numbers (we don't take cards), passwords to your personal accounts (personal plans are activated ON your email — you set the password), browsing data (no invasive trackers; the cart lives in YOUR browser's localStorage, not our servers).

What we do with it

Deliver your order, honor your warranty, and send ONE renewal reminder 3 days before expiry. No spam lists, no data selling, no sharing with third parties except the provider activation itself.

Deletion

Message "delete my data" on WhatsApp — order history and contact gone within 72 hours (ends warranty coverage, which needs the records).

Shared-plan privacy

On shared subscriptions, other seat-holders can never see your usage: ChatGPT chats, Midjourney galleries (private mode), Spotify listening (family slots are separate accounts) are all per-user private. Where a product has a real privacy limitation, it's stated on that product's page.
